A growing number of fashion and clothing researchers are angry, fed up, tired, scared about the state of our planet and fashion’s impact on it. And we are itchy to do something now.
Some of us have joined together to form the Union of Concerned Researchers in Fashion and have published a radical manifesto of change.
The Union is inviting people to read the manifesto, and if you like what it says and are prepared to stand up for its agenda, then to add your name. In the first two weeks, the list of signatories extended to more than 150 individuals from six continents.
